1. Bookings

To guarantee the final booking, the full amount of the lessons must be paid.


2. Prices

Rates are in CHF. Prices in Euros are indicative prices that may be adjusted at any time following the exchange rate. Ski lift tickets and ski rentals are not included in our Prices.


3. Private lessons

For private lessons, you must be present the day specified at the times mentioned on the booking document. In case of delay, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can notify your instructor.

The course will however end on time. Without news from you, your instructor will wait 30 minutes from the starting time of your lesson. Past this waiting time, the full price of the lesson must be paid. The school reserves the right to delay the starting time of the lesson.


4. Group lessons

During low season, two levels or age classes can be combined. Group lessons with less than 3 people will last 2 hours instead of 3. For group activities, the teacher is not required to wait for the laggards at the beginning of the class. Tzoum'Evasion reserves the right to modify the established program.

If once on the snow, the technical level of the student does not correspond to the level of the chosen course, Tzoum'Eavsion reserves the right to change the pupil to a different group more adapted to their level, within the limits of the spots available. The student will not be entitled to any refund or compensation.


5. Cancellation

All bookings must be honoured. In case of illness, and subject to a medical certificate, an asset of the value of the reservation will be given. This credit will be valid for a period of 12 months. We do not cancel any courses due to bad weather. It is your responsibility to cover yourself against this type of events.

The cancellation period for your booking is 2 weeks prior the starting date of the lesson. Past this time, no refunds will be made or in the case of the payment of a deposit, the full amount of the booking will have to be paid as soon as possible.


6. Liability

Tzoum'Evasion cannot be held responsible for any injuries or other occurrences during the course of the services performed within the legal framework of their exercise.
